On my way back to work today
If it's not raining too hard, I'll pick it up and bring it west a tad

I was just on that forest road Friday on my way over to Winding Stairs Rd and didn't notice that cabin, is it on a secondary road?

The map back on Page 5 doesn't include Graham county NC and that cabin has been tagged in another tag game http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...=914529&page=6

If the new tag is not valid it has been over 24 hours. So does this mean the tag goes back to the previous spot or is the previous tag holder supposed to place a new tag?

I say being the Stewart Cabin is out of bounds and jagger_snitt should have corrected it by now by posting something within the playing area, the Paw Paw Hollow Church tag should stand as current...Sorry jagger_snitt. It just seems fair.

I was gonna grab it and bring it west, but couldn't convince myself that running the cherahola in rain/fog/lightning was a good idea.

I view riding in the rain and fog as dedicated riding like me in my book. But when riding in lightning storms I quickly question my sanity and always try to stay at low elevations and only do it when it's my only option to seek shelter. P.S. Your no wimp in my book your a dedicated rider like me that actually rides.

Just posting this up since i'm still not 100% sure where the current tag is.

P.S. I have rode down NC forest road 81 this year.

and even rode down there a few years ago back in 2010 or 2011 I can't remember.

I agree, he's had plenty of time to at least respond.

RUSTINPEACE: Thanks for putting the game back on track...now just finish it up by posting a new tag.

Again, sorry about the foul jagger_snitt, but the rules are simple enough and you had time and notice. Don't let this discourage you from participating.

A couple of weeks ago I rode back to work via a buddy's place on the Foothills Parkway.
5 hours in the rain & fog.
This morning after riding back yesterday, it's 44 and raining.
I'll ride to work.
I commute home every weekend (but one ... SNOW).
Tigger rolled over 100,000 miles last month.
The aerostich helps, but I do ride.
A lot.
On I40 west, I was going to exit at US74, but the flashes in the clouds covering the peaks to the south made me opt to stay on the stooper slab.

Sorry fellas, it didn't even click that that cabin was on the NC side! I didn't mean to mess up the flow. Carry on soldiers!
