Ease apparently has nothing to do with it. This tag game just doesn't have many active players. Those that are on here have too many excuses:

Too many roads
Too many trails
Too hot
Too cold
Too wet
Too dry

Me? I'll stick with playing NC's tag game or the Appalachian tag game.

i don't have the technology to keep up with the NC tagorama, or i would get more involved with it. all those guys with their netbooks and blackberries getting updates every time a tag is placed and here i am with a desktop connection, i have basically 0% chance.

I hear ya. I've got all the technology but in the time it can take me to get to a tag there it's been moved three times. I set out once to chase one near Raliegh and it moved East before I got there. I was dang near the Outer Banks when I picked it up. I bruced a local by a few minutes when I got it.

Looks like I got this one.

Next tag is close by...final resting place of the 17th Prez.

Not much of a move, but it's better than nothing.

Got It

Its not the exact same shot. I didn't plan of going to this tag when I left out yesterday, so I couldn't remember exactly how it was set up. Anyway, it is president Johnson's grave. I'll post up another tag later this week.

Now we're moving. It's more fun to watch when the tag moves around a bit. Nice grab there TnVFRrider. You are aware that you have 24 hours to put up the new tag? Wouldn't want you to lose it on a technicality.

Here's the rule from page 1. File photos are OK if you can't get back out to ride.

Quote:
#4 TAG MUST BE FINDABLE. If a tag is standing too long you will be asked to post a clue or a new tag. New tag must be posted no later than 24 hrs of the posting of your tag. You will forfeit your tag to the previous tagger. Lets keep the game moving.

Hell,
That Pigeon Forge tag was up long enough, I'd gladly wait an extra day or two, now that things are rolling.

New Tag

Here's the new tag. To find it you'll have to go to Hamilton County. Find Falling Water Elem., then go all the way to the top.

Here's your cannon. At the intersection of Sawyer Pike and Robert's Mill Rd on Snobnal Mountain.

Here's the new tag. If you follow the road it's a pretty scenic gravelly drop into the valley, and a few other good trails/roads in the area.
