lets see your old GoldWing

Here is a picture of my 83 1100. She has been around and has 77k miles. She still runs like a top but has some brake issues I've been working on. What do you have?

We'll probably catch as much crap as the Harley riders, but oh well

I got the next year, 84 Aspencade with 76k. When you want to cover some miles it's hard to beat a Wing.

Here's my 79. Nothing like a Road Sofa for getting down the road in comfort. They're really in a class by themselves.

Dad had a 1000 naked wing- first bike I can remember from my childhood. Lots of fond memories of hanging out with my brother and my dad in the driveway, wrenching on the ol' wing. In later years, he owned an '84 interstate, and finally a brand new '94 aspencade. When dad passed away in '02, we sold the aspencade for nearly what he paid for it new. All were great machines, but the bike I'd really like to add to my garage someday is a GL1000.

Here`s my 1981 GL1100 'Plain Jane' photograped just a few months ago (Dec `08).

She was bought 18 months ago in the great condition you see,WITH ONLY 27,000 MILES,and all I`ve done is fit new tyres and a pair of Buell Uly handguards.
Took her on a 3,500 mile loop of France last Autumn, never missed a beat.

Here she is

1984 Standard. Last year they made a standard. Picked it up last year with less than 31,000 miles on the clock. Still can't decide if I love it or hate it.
