WOW!!! Best bike I have owned! Maybe cuz it's new (to me), but I absolutely love it. Lots of power and actually really comfortable. It's a 2008 with 5500 miles on it. It looks BRAND new. I cannot believe what great shape it's in. I had to have it when I saw it. My other favorite that I was looking at was a K1200R. It wasn't in nearly the shape this one is. and it was a 2006 for the same price. Plus I just got rid of a BMW and was looking for something a little different.
Congrats on the bike...now you gotta hit Yarnell Hill and up 89 into Prescott!!! Might be getting a tad bit cool to run over and do The Coronado Trail, but will give you a great ride in the spring. Enjoy!

Yep! A trip to Prescott is high on my list. I was up this past spring and when I left it was beautiful. I stayed at the Casino up there and the next day I woke up to this.....

So of course I stayed an extra night.

LOL...it can happen when you least expect it!! Lived in AZ for 26 years and retired to the Ozarks a couple years ago for the terrific twisty roads. An old desert racing bud from SoCal owns the KTM dealerships in Prescott Valley & Flagstaff...he tried to get me to buy a Super Duke back in 07, but I was intent on buying a Goldwing....silly me!! Enjoy your new ride!

Here is a link that will kinda give you an idea why AZ is in the rear view mirror and a Super Duke R is on my Christmas list!!

Nice!

I've been there. Lived in Conway for a year and I have family in Little Rock.

I'd buy the bike just to be able to adore that exhaust in person.

And the next day the saddlebags were bolted on, tape removed, and we rode 12 hours to Mid-Ohio for the KTM Fly'n'Ride demo on RC8R's.
30k+ miles and going strong!

Awesome! Great to hear the mileage being over 30k and still going strong!
