Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO HOO - what a ride!"

Kid, 13-14 year old on a small bike [90-125?], probbaly not registered, riding without a helmet but with a pillion passenger on Port Rd [one of Adelaide's biggest streets], riding on the pushbike cycle way THE WRONG WAY. I thought that he was lucky he didn't do that about 1/2 an hour ago as there had been a significant police escort of a group of push bikes. But then I saw a police motor cycle [travelling in the right direction] pull them up!

Boy, would I love to know how that conversation went! I wonder if the bookhad enough pages!

Monday june 8

Spotted on the Sunraysia Hwy just north of Donald at about 12.15pm, a group of bikes (5-6) heading south. Lead bike (may have been Transalp) had ADV sticker on the front. May have been heading home from Wintersun Run at Mildura?

I think I seen the same group in the rain on Saturday 6th June heading north on the Calder Hwy around Sea Lake area??
