Africa Twin Owners In Canada.

JUST CHECKING TO SEE HOW MANY AFRICA TWINS THERE ARE IN CANADA. i know there is at least 3 in alberta and 1 was sold in quebec last year, 1 was for sale in vancouver but that's all. ANYONE ELSE HAVE ONE PLEASE POST A PIC OR 2 IF YOU HAVE ONE . here is my 1993 africa twin.

I have not seen any for sale in my last few months of looking but had heard there were a couple in Alberta. If anyone hears of one for sale I would love to know about it.

Windbell in North Vancouver had one a few months ago when I was there. They're a grey market importer, they'll bring you one in if you want it on their next container load.

They also had a pretty nice TDR250 last time I was in......

no realy I am just envious, I have been wanting and dreaming of one for years.
Yours is sweet, love the paint scheme and all the farkles. Just lovley.

maybe one day this will happen

The new Transalp is a joke, took a peek at one in Edmonton about as interesting as the Veredaro, but some like that stuff

well, i guess there isn't enough of us in canada to have a CANADIAN AFRICA TWIN MEET. I WAS REALLY HOPING THAT SOME OF THE OTHER OWNERS WOULD CHIME IN HERE .

i knew about those two. they are the ones that belong to a german gentleman and his wife right?? one has a lot of klms on it??? a friend of mine who lives in Edmonton knows him and we actually called him from the bar around christmas time to see if he wanted to sell them ( or one) . he does not or at least he didn't then. there is one in calgary as well.

TERRY, STILL TAKING THE VARADERO ACROSS THE COUNTRY THIS YEAR??? i think you wanted to do it last year but honda did not release the bike on time for you to do it??

I've got this wonderful idea why not make it an Africa twin - Super Tenere meet, comparable Dakar replica bikes from the same era and probably both as rare in Canada, i've never seen either.
I'm shipping my S10 over in august, and i'm trying to talk my buddie, who has an AT, into doing the same.
