Yes unfortunately you have to pay the yearly fee for services. I dont recall how much that is, seems like $100+.

It doesnt do much, except send an ok message to whomever you set it too, save a crude track of where you've ridden and call for help when you need it.

Larry is a good guy. Sort of a hippie burnout but he caters to dual sporters and his prices are reasonable.

Today was our last full day on vacation. Tomorrow we start home and plan to stop in Savannah, Georgia for a few hours.

We spent the day in the Okefenokee National Park and the Okefenokee swamp. The swamp is unique in geology as it is not fed by rivers, only by rain water entering the swamp. The water is very acidic and as a result, mosquito's aren't as prolific as they are in other swamps because they are unable to breed as well.

I will let the pictures do the talking on this one as the experience far outweighs and transcends any words that can be spoken about this place.

We ended our day back in St. Marys Georgia. We passed Docs new restaurant!

Speaking of Yota's. Was talking to an ex-gf earlier today who had a 97 4Runner. She bought it like 3 years ago off CL in GA with about 125K miles on it. She put 25K more on it since then. Anyway, she decided to see what kind of trade in deal she could get on a Kia. Turns out when the Kia dealer did a check on it, the PO had rolled the milage back. That sucker had over 300K miles on it.
