Man that was cool

I watched the whole thing Catfish, that was cool. Way out of my league, way out. Would like to fly the helicopter support for it though.

I heard Tune, and Razor are entering next year as team 990.

Weather gone to poop up here

Flew to the airport, only a 6 mile flight, but boy was the wx sketchy. First time I have flown anything with windshield wipers, they came in handy. Had to get the bird in as some freezing drizzle is forecast for later tonight. Drizzleing now, but not freezing yet.

You should see our hangar. About 1 inch clearance front and back when you close the doors.

Peeked through the cracks to look at the next hangar over. Doctor has a frickin fighter jet trainer in there with a camo paint scheme. No wonder medical care is so high. I need to make friends with him as it has 2 seats.

Cool...
Some of that trail looks like what I was riding my MTB on at the Womble trail Sat. After camping in 15 degree weather.. :)

I notice that KTM and BMW seemed to be leading the field...

Can you fly those things in storms... or are they only good for fair weather?

I was thinking some of it looks very much like Brock Creek.
I hope Snooks doesn't see it, he will be incorporating it in this years Almosta RACE.

Fun stuff. I'm glad I'm too old to even think about that kind of riding....

Red Bull ridin is not as butt puckerin as trying to scud run to safety with the potential for freezing rain in any kind of flyin machine. Ice & thunderstorms are not good for any kind of airplane.

Wow.. Seriously people.. Let's price those bikes for what they are worth. Someone is selling a 1985 TW200 for $1000... He must be high.

Man you'd have to be one tough SOB just to finish that race, let alone be anywhere near the top 20 finishers. Thanks for the link Ze!!! Very entertaining video. Best one I've seen for a long time.

Glad you made it back in one piece Charlie. Your description of slippin' and slidin' had me on the edge of my seat. Sure wish I could have been along for the other rides you took. Looks like you hit a lot of beautiful places and had some good adventures.
