You have too many trees for my kind of fire!
To answer your question on the Ride Report thread: The helmet cam (Contour Roam) has 170 wide angle lens. This allows me to easily crop distortion out at the top and bottom without losing anything (us humans don't really focus way up in the sky or at our feet when looking straight ahead anyway). That leaves me about twice the width of a normal camera shot from which to pick the best distortion "free" scene. I have it set for a shot every 10 seconds. My only complaint is that it reacts too slowly to rapid changes from sun to shade when rolling through the woods. Exposure is often poor. All in all, I like it a lot, and at $85, it was a deal. Chuck, Albie: get bit.

Hey gents,
Got back home Friday and been doing Halloween stuff every since. The kids school party, the corn maze, and the movie, Hotel Transylvania. I am ready for a day to my self now. Going to try to ride to the gym in under 40 weather tomorrow on my mtn. bike. Wish I got around to buying long riding pants. Plus we voted yesterday, got that over with. Can't wait to get my liquid THC prescription. No way it passes though. I skipped over most of the BS but saw where yellaphant met a fork toe devil on the road. Sorry OJ but but at least nothing irreplaceable was lost.

welp..I am going to have to drill and tap in either a time sert (preferred) or a heli coil into the block of the jeep..having a hard time finding any time serts locally, plenty of heli coils tho..hopefully by this next weekend, I can install one or the other

Fastenall has their version.
http://www.fastenal.com/web/Search.e...term=time+sert http://www.timesert.com/html/faq.html Just called Time Sert and asked for a distributor here. They said Fastenal has them 479-750-2138

wow.. craigslist is just full of creative people. no one has cash, yet everyone wants to trade something of "higher" value, and expect money to boot..

I just got back from early voting. I guess I'm officially a senior citizen now?
I was checking Yahoo News and the HMS Bounty was sunk today by Hurricane Sandy http://gma.yahoo.com/sandy-sinks-tal...opstories.html
