Snow

Hope you fellas are safe on the roads with the possibility of snow tomorrow.

Magoo, those red snapper look great. I may try your recipe with your permission. The Gulf of Mexico has great red snapper and it was reported in the New Orleans paper that the red snapper was the perfect food since it had all the nutrients necessary to provide a healthy meal.

Take care guys and have a good week.

Doc, you might have gotten a little dusting from what the weather lady says.

Sure, have at it. I got it from a buddy that caught these in the Gulf this season. My spices consist of several peppers and garlic. No salt (plenty in the mayo). Like Matt commented, the mayo negates some of the "healthy" aspect, but triples the taste. Sorta like bacon. You spread it as lightly as you want. All it does is serve as an oil that stays put when cooking.
Wishing you and Justified a great season!

The metal ones work much better. those plastic only ones really don't protect the levers. You can get em cheap on Ebay, http://goo.gl/gU8sr

that is pretty cheap, and I was going to suggest the Tusk brand as a bargain, Albie for the win!

Looks like a place to visit after the first of the year. The sample room sounds like a good place to hang out.

Hmmm

I wonder if they're open on Saturday?

Perhaps I should read the whole thing instead of just where the beer is.

Edit: Yep, open from noon till nine on Sat.

We got a good dusting in South central OK this morning. Mabye a half inch on the ground and a bunch of black ice on the roadway. Spawn made it to school in her little Jeep with no problems. I passed by three different crashes in about 200 yards of each other, everyone slid off the road. I passed the word to my dispatch so they could get a trooper started. The sand trucks had already been through, though apparently a bit too late for some.

Stay warm.
