I have a friend who is planning on using some for his brew. Depending on crop size I'd swap hops for some finished product.

Last year was to establish the woody root to produce a healthy bine this year. [ Jump on THAT Doc]

All 4 of the Hops bines produced new bugs until about the 3rd hard frost so I'm thinking they will be good producers.

Never got into great depth on cost of setup but that sounds about right. Somewhat depending on what all youd consider setup. I once heard "plan on a million for a 15BBL" but that was over a decade ago and extremely dependent on situation.
I like to plan on 4 weeks but the range can be 10 days to 2 months.
