I was teaching at Spartan School of Aero when they started bringing in the middle easterners. ( 69 - 71 ) Their governments were footing the bill. Dream up your worst nightmare.....

No, that is not bad enough.

Worse than that.

No, I mean really bad.

I got out before I went up on a murder charge.

Sounds like we need to do lunch sometime too. I always have a need for that and I like cheap. I did my graduate work in process automation. Now I get to manage (read delegate ) that work.

Robby Gordon is an hour and a half behind as a result of a roll over and being beached on his roof. He is probably out of the race for the buggies.

Thumb Da ROOF

Shingles were delivered at 8:00 a.m. and the roofers put them on the ridge-line in a light mist, then left until noon. They got about half of the old shingles removed and felt down before it started misting again. They finished shingling the half in a pretty steady rain.
They have the roof covered in a huge tarp for the night.
Hopefully the weather forecast for tomorrow is right, so the poor guys can finish in warm dry conditions.

After paying them 1/2 up-front for supplies, I was very relieved to see them show-up this morning.

I had to share quarters with an Iranian in the 70's. I can relate. Good thing I had to turn my weapons in to the armory daily.

I was at Biloxi in 72 when the AF tried to teach the middle easterners to fly.

The Navy fished a lot of planes out of the Gulf.

The more confetti on the shoulder boards the lower the rank. Met a general wearing a plain Nehru jacket with nothing on it.
