The thing is the DRZ meets my needs, or has so far. The "old racer" in me is stirred by the need to go faster, but the "old man" in me knows better.

Hadn't had a Husky since 1987, fantastic bike but took a lot of time and $$$, two things I don't want to invest much in right now.

Rode dirt a grand total of 3 times in the last 2 months....and just started a $15 mill plant refurbishing that has to be done by Sept 1. Not sure how much that will allow me to break away.

The GS is beckoning and have to get in my week long journey this summer...

So probably just keep the DRZ ready to go...just talked myself out of it again...

Trust me I've spent some time drooling over that one. Sweet bike. But again, I couldn't resist the temptation to ride it like it needs to be rode... and my 58 year old body can't take it anymore.

Also crawled over the used X-Challenge at the BMW place. I just need to stick with the "old man's" bike.

Had lunch at Cajun Gypsy again today, dayum it was good! They had a cajun band playing there , they were great too!
