If you are sure you got some in there... then it sounds as if you have no spark.
make sure you didnt pinch the wire going to the kill switch or anything with the seat and tank R&R also, make sure you the small wires going to the coil ( to find coil ---> follow the spark plug wire) didnt get knocked loose.

getting a spark from the spark plug. Not a huge spark but a spark. not sure how big it is ment to be.

Should be blue in color and maybe even have an audible "pop" to it. A yellow spark is weak and won't ignite the fuel/air mix.

Yep. You shoulda gotten at least a pop out of the motor. Does your carb have a butterfly or slide?

sprayed more in there. tried kicking nothing did some more and nothing. Dam this bike is getting to be today. putting it away for another day.
