then you know the spot, right near the road, in the sand pit across the creek, where the horse trailer was last time

Nice couple of days for a ride and camp. Put a little over 400 miles on the TW, rode down over Mt Magazine and then came back and camped at Cove Lake last night. My back decided to go out on me right after I set up camp, loved sleeping on the ground after that...

[QUOTE=NateLePain;21178762]Picked up a 2001 XT225 today, in LR. Came home and my boy rode awhile. I'm thinking the XR70 is about to find a new home. nlp

That XT looks almost new.Great find.

I got back from the AR500 last evening. Wow, what a great ride. Scotty's crew put on a class event. Mulberry Mountain Campground was nice and the food was great.

O'leary's Day 2 AR 500 route was one of the best I have ridden in Arkansas. It was 196 miles of everything Arkansas has to offer with about 2.5 million creek crossings.

Crossing the low water bridge at Erbie Campground was an adventure with raging water about 18" deep. I had a blast! JT had electrical problems that ended up being a loose battery connection and Scribe had the Husky's Clark tank strip out a petcock (fixing it was another adventure in itself). Other than that the group I led rode well, fast and definitely knew what they were doing.

I will post up a ride report later.

Yeah, it was big fun. Bikes were ridden, beers were consumed, lies were told. That's really all you need in life.
