Tell, he's second on the list, right after me...

I'm thinking that a jet ski will be on my want list, in the next few years. I'd say you made a pretty good trade, also.

One's a SeaDoo and the other's a Tigershark. I'm scrounging around online finding info on them.

disable any oil injection pumps and run premix in them, somewhere between 40and 50/1

make sure the cooling lines are un obstructed, google how to flush them, but dont flush them until you understand it.

example.. when flushing, start the engine, get it running for a few seconds, THEN turn the water on ( probably not full blast)

then when done, turn water off, rev a few times to blow water out of exhaust before killing engine.

if you turn water on first, you will fill the exhaust+ cylinder via exh port with water.

That's good info to know. I'd had to trash an engine without flogging it first.

to be legal youll need insurance on them also, Progressive has been the cheapest I have found for them.
Liability is right under $100 each per year now, at one time when I had 6 insured they were down to about $29 per year for the oldest ones ( early 90s)

now they wont quote me anything under $80, I think.

maybe it was a volume discount.

I dont know much about seadonts, nor tigersharks, but my buddy has some sort of tiger shark ( montego maybe?) that has a blown engine, not sure if he still has it, but it was sitting in his yard the last time I was over there.
