The question is...do you have your stuff packed? I'll be at Swill tomorrow at about 5. I feel the need for a few DDPs.

my rear is good, my front is beat, but it will last a few more hundred miles, I just have to stay below 80 in the rain.

most of it is still in my blue camp bags from the last roll out.
need to freshen the alky fuel supply and toss in some vittles though.

anything else I can just carry with me.
Do you think I should take the little weber grill again?
I have no idea what the campfire rules are at this park

rotted trim 'repair' by a paint crew done to my house

I don't even know what the hell that is supposed to be, it just reinforces why I hate HATE ever paying anyone to do stuff, I can not fathom the mentality or thought process of a person thinking they could charge for that level of 'craftsmanship'

so I ripped it off and replaced with this

but I'm trying to get a few last
pieces in place and
all nails
set and puttied, before the rains hit, I told the crew to hold of a few days , I plan to speak with them when they return to work, and make sure they clearly understand what I expect to happen as far as prepping and painting.

I hope those guys are better painters than they are carpenters

After 14 days on the road on our vacation it is good to get home.

Albie, Jim Bill and myself are getting closer to the NWAT in Wisconsin now. We leave on the 14th. I started to gather together my stuff today. Changed oil and filters and greased wheel bearings. Albie and Todd came over this morning and they helped me get ready by doing valve clearance check on my bike and everything was in spec so the bike is good to go. Thanks you guys.

This afternoon I finished moving my son out of his present apartment and placed his stuff in a storage unit until next semester. He is moving into the "Grove" on College. Wise move! You guys might want to "get lost" and accidentally turn into the Grove. Once you do check out the swimming pool. More bikini's in one place than I have seen in a long time. Anyway, now that he is moved out he is headed north and then west to visit friends and be a bum for a while. He and his dog are going to camp and travel for about a month. Life is good.

Martha and I also started packing for our own move this morning. We move next Monday into our new apartment in the Reserve just two buildings away but the new place has many more windows, an attached garage, and a lot more square footage. They landlord also just remodeled our new place and put in new flooring, granite countertops and new appliances. It'll nice but the moving part sucks.

I'm tuckered out. After the move I have to pack for the Wisconsin trip. Phew...!

I have room for your Weber-lite, however, I will be bringing a small gas grill. I did not see a lot of fire rings in the sat photos of the campground area near the lodge.
