A divining rod will only locate the sinkhole that the missing water is forming.

So why the "downgrade" to the KTM 525?

I admit I lust for the TE 610 , but you put it up for sale about 8 months too soon.

Good news OJ, keep kickin' it's ass.

Well feel free to stop on by West Fork. I have plenty of stuff that needs done to keep you busy and out of trouble Joe. There are plenty of good route options to select for testing out the new seat between Ft Smith and West Fork too, Just trying to help out.

We haven't seen you in a while TS. I hear you've entered into some sort of bondage arrangement. I think we'll stay away till we see how this shakes out.....

Yep and you can only get the sewer fee off if you prove the missing water didn't go in the sewer. If its a yard line leaking sometimes they will remove the fee, if its a toilet or something inside you'll be paying full pop.

That's a lot of water, those meters can go wonky but its pretty rare. We have had pinholes in the yard line before and they would leak more when the ground is dry than wet..so it can fluctuate a little bit. I'd fight with them a little more Matt. Go straight to the manager for sure if that meter isn't moving.

Its a racket, you have to find a leak, show a reciept for a repair or a plumber's work, then they will 'adjust' the sewer portion of your bill.

But as soon as you admit a leak, they also say " we are not responsible for customer side leaks"

Yay for public utilities.

Yea Thanks Ted.

The meter is not moving when the water isnt running somewhere in the house, I can not find any sort of a leak.

ive been tracking it since yesterday day afternoon, normal typical usage, no way in hell we used 3000+ gallons a day for the last month.

they are higher than NASA Ganja

The Husky is just too sweet. I have to pass it on to a new owner otherwise it isn't fair.

P.S.: Sold the KDX this morning! One down, one to go and I'll be back to my two-bike limit.

This might give you some insight as to what is going on.

How can I check calibration of my water meter?
