New Bike

After much debate, I decided to upgrade the old 1992 KLR with 45K miles to something a little diffrent.

In its place will be my new 2012 Vstrom 1000. It will not be seeing much dirt for quite a while. When I rolled off the lot it had 4 miles on the od. I should be ready for my 600 mile first service about friday of next week. Most of you will be seeing me on the KTM 450 for the camp N rides for off road duty from now on.

I am in for a morning ride if it comes together. Right now, I am on the patio at Powerhouse listening to a crappy band and getting even worse wait service. The things we do to please our wives.

Well if you survived the Earl Scribe Adventure Tour tomorrow should be pretty laid back with us old geezers.

We'll just put around and do a little sight seeing.

Charlie, "Mark", White Rock via Winfrey Valley? We could come out through Stout Mountain or take Hurricane Creek over to Grandmas kitchen in Winslow (but may not be open). Not married to the attached, any route (other than Froggin') is good by me. Earlier the better on my side.

How about KSU at 8:30am, is that early enough? Where do y'all want to meet up?

Works for me. We could meet at the start of the route by bridge at Trace Branch Rd and Parker Branch Rd?

Well Scribe has been trying to get me to drink the Orange and decided that I needed some dirt to go with it!
