I will be traveling home via the trace. Any recommendation for a place to stay in Nashville? Somewhere within walking distance of the good times?

Hi, the BMWriderstampabay are doing our annual week in the GA Mountains. Interested in some small roads, gravel/dirt. Most of the group are doing twisties on great road bikes, but some of us on GSA and Tigers want something more "rustic". We rent out High Valley Camp Grounds the first week of June with 18-20 guys for the week.

We travel the usual roads, but recommendations on smaller roads is appreciated. Tx

If your in Highlands there is a deli right in the middle of town on main street that is excellent, can't remember the name but great sandwiches, if you can get in.

Here are some fairly good local Georgia map sources. I'd say for the most part accurate. The county maps from the north Georgia mountain area, (Fannin, Gilmer, Union, Towns, Rabun, Habersham, White, Lumpkin, Dawson, Pickins) show the type of pavement. The FS maps are pretty good too. And you can always use google earth and google maps as ancillary information to see what kind of terrain the roads pass through.

there's a holiday inn express at broadway and 10th. a few blocks from action in both directions. if you get much closer to south broad you're going to pay thru the nose.
