Be sure to ride Bennett Rd to the west and try to keep your front wheel on the road please ;) Also, Vale has some nice curves.
Man, this is about 5 minutes from my house! I ride the roads you speak of often, both on my Versys and my bicycle (but not at the same time ). Since I'm too busy to get out and grab it and post a new tag, I'll let someone else get it. Hopefully they'll enjoy those roads as much as me (and apparently Don).

Yes, I was smilin and laughing at the same time, thinking how it would sound if I explained to the ranger what I was doing here crouched under a picnic table with riding gear including helmet on... in the dark

NoVA Tag-O-Rama Map is here!

NoVA Tag-O-Rama Map is here!

Guys, I created a Google Map for our Tag-O-Rama. I will update it as we progress. This is the first time I've made my own Google Map, so hopefully it's working ok. If you have any suggestions or comments let me know.

The link to the map is in my signature.

It has been one of those days...

Very long day at the office...

get absolutely pissed on riding home from work...

get lost in suburbia because my GPS power cord is shorting out (maybe the rain)....

Find this tiny little shot glass...boy I think I will need to drink alot of them....

Ended up with a bunch of undistinguishable images on a crappy wet camera....
The sign came out

Intersection of Bird Foot and Stuart Mill Road.
and a picture of my helmet a little ways down the road trying to figure out how to take a time exposure...

And to top it off I did not get the full effect of this cool road because it was wet, foggy and dark as hell back there!

You'll have to come back to these parts under better conditions. Between Birdfoot Ln, Stuart Mill Rd, Fox Mill Rd, Vale Rd and some others, you can get about 30 min of what seems like country riding in. Perhaps not worthy of a long trek to come out here, but if you're in these parts for some other reason, check these roads out.

Anyway, nice grab under less-than-stellar conditions.

And one more thing: keep the thimble, and pass along the bottle of JD as the next cache!
