CAVEAT: Discerning observers will note, NO BIKE in these tag images! Reason: I left the warm confines of a beautiful lady's warm luxury autombile's leather-covered, electrically-heated seat to make this tag in the midst of a snow flurry. My sacrifice remains sufficient, sans bike picture!

The most painted and re-painted rock in northern Virginia:

On the south side of the stone, Ali finds a shelf of dried paint:

Then burrows into the sand at the apex of the straw "A" shown, revealing a hint of holiday ribbon:

Clues: Some men say Notre Dame linebacker Te'o was "Catfished," the victim of a hoax. The tag property is named for a "Catfisher," or hoaxer, of olden days; called himself "Diedrich Knickerbocker."

I won't even go into The Sketch Book of Geoffrey Crayon; listing those tales would make the solution far too easy!

Should I mention the nom de plume, the "roman," Jonathan Oldstyle? Hey, that's what they call ME!

After I rescued Ali from the grasp of snot nosed kids, she wanted something to eat. Ali was glad that last time we went somewhere other than Chic Fil A, so we headed over to Pure Pasty Co in Vienna.

Ali likes lamb, in case you were wondering. This place is not really KLR friendly, but I will be returning.

This tag was going to be HBN friendly, but then I changed my mind, so it is semi SB12 friendly.

I was having trouble getting on the internet with my phone. I needed some high ground. I luckily found a park on a hill where I could get a much better signal. I could finally get online and post the photos, except the phone was now frozen due to the temperature. A drive through Manassas will give you a good view.

Ali is stashed under the bush as seen above
