I forgot to mention I found a glaring error on Google maps while putting the clues together. Compare with another map. Two of the three clues will still get you to the location. Extra bonus points for figuring the error.
Mr. Walsh, did you get credit for the change made to Google Maps
http://goo.gl/maps/EowsD

Google now agrees with other maps on the name of the river.

SHOOT! I rode past that last night and didn't even stop to think about it. I'll try and move her today if I get a chance.

Wasn't me. Well they got halfway there...now its Mountain Run Rappahannock River.

Who edits their maps? A two year old?

I was thinking of heading over there after work. Glad I didn't....

Ali doesn't like being in limbo.

This has the earmarks of an XDrag grab (or at least let's hope so). He and I are the last to use "tin cans and string. . .."

Where'd you find a TIN can? Peddler's cart?

Grab

Harts Mill Rd., Rt 688, about a mile South of Rt. 211.

Ali on the Dobro case. To be honest I thought I was grabbing Igor, the NWVA duck, until I uncovered Ali. I hadn't double checked the tags today.

New tag...

Ali is at the base of the post in the thick weeds on the opposite side from the bike...this side.

Its another mill road with the name being the same as a gentleman (plural form) who was a central figure in analytic philosophy since the 60's.

3 digit, 700 series route number = 14
