Fuel Controller Bypass
I ordered a BMW fuel pump bypass cable and an SAE battery lead from http://www.burnsmoto.com/
Burnzilla emailed me asking if I had correctly ordered the 2 very different items. I called him and let him know that , in fact I did order the 2 items on purpose (One for my ATV and the other for my GSA). I hung up the phone, and then the UPS man was there with my order from Burnzilla! . . ...or a day or 2 later after I hung up with him (I forget) In any event, it got to me very fast. Thanks mate!

If a customer's ZIP code does not have all nine digits I search for them and add the remaining 4. My label printer also adds the Postnet barcode making the shipping process faster. First class in some cases ends up being just as fast as Priority. I also get all shipments out the same day of the order as long as I get them before 3:30pm PST.

USB Adapter
Recently updated my cellphone and I wanted to take advantage of a smaller charging cable (the usb variant) instead of the "large" factory cigarette lighter connector. Burnszilla came to the rescue with the addition of the usb/cigarette lighter adapter, a whole bunch smaller in size! Odered 2 yesterday and they both arrived today! Speedy service, quality product!! Life is good...

Damn, I wish I had found this thread, and the other threads on this stupid pump module failing, earlier today. Mine just crapped out this morning ('07 GS). I hauled the bike to the dealer to hear "Well, we will probably get to it late next week."
If my bypass cable arrives first I think I'll just go and pick the bike up whether they've fixed it or not, Farggin Bastages. |

I see your SAE battery lead cable is 24". What are the chances of getting one longer? I want to route it up to the handle bars to use for GPS on an 07 GSA. Stupid Garmin 2610 "waterproof" setup is not, so I'm planning to RTV their connector onto the unit, and use an SAE disconnect inline.
Not sure of the length I need, but 48" should be plenty. If you can actually do custom length, let me know and I'll check length needed. thanks.

I'll add the 48" cable soon. Thanks.

Thanks! Now I'm gonna get greedy. I also need an SAE to SAE cable. i'll be cutting the cable and splicing each connector to 2 different places, so the 2 SAE plugs can be on different cables also. Radio shack has a 2-plug cable for $6, but the wires are tiny (22 ga).

I'll have SAE-to-40 inches of wire, available at the end of this week. It's 16 gauge. I'll let you know the price when gets here.

Quick question, does this also apply to an '09 GS Adv., or has BMW revised the fuel pump design?
Thanks.
