Bring a compass, it's awkward when you have to eat your friends.

It's so refreshing to see pictures of this area that are not referenced to some great conflict!
No problem, that'll buff right out!

Great Pictures

I spent a week in Israel in February around Caesarea and Tel Aviv. Beautiful people and a wonderful country. Great pictures, I hope you can post many more.

Best wishes,

one never thinks that Israel is much of a country for riding. It looks like you've just punched a big hole in that myth

boy, talk about history! Such an amazing country! Thank you for posting so many awesome shots. I pray for the safety of you, and of your countrymen.

I'd love to see photos of Jerusalem if you ever get there.

Thank you.

Great pictures, what's up with the fighter jet in that one picture? Is it abandoned?

I also love the one with the bike on top of the cliff like some kind of mountain goat, smugly surveying the struggling 4WDs below.

Hello evreybody and thank you all for the warm replys

So many myths about Israel...where do I begin...?

Actually as for offroad Israel is very good! no privets land that you can't go in (like in England or the U.s).
many areas are nature reserves and when riding there you just need to stay on marked trails. you can find enough adrenaline on these trails... or off them if you must...
(in the pic'- Gil from Israel)

the army use many areas as firing zone which you can go through on weekend, unless you want to become a target like the "abandoned" jets on the picture.
riding through there is quite surreal... (area 51 )

In a way Israel is like a 2 stroke motorcycle- small fast and noisy

WOW!!! What a great ride report! Absolutely beautiful countryside. Nice to see those DR Big's too. Sure wish those were brought to the US.
Thanks for sharing your ride and your magnificent photos.

WOW!...doesn't even begin to cover it. Thanks for sharing pics from an area that most of us will never get to visit in person. Enjoyed them a lot. ;)
