HMhmh... does anybody know which tripmaster remote switch fits to my KTM ?
May I can use the one from the new EXC models (and change the connectors...) ?

Hey guys, here´s an update:

Just mounted some lower rally footpegs
I´m pretty tall, so I had problems with riding upright, but I think this problem is solved now

A comparison between old (left) and new footpeg.

Isn´t it nice ;)

Furthermore my KTM now has foam grips...

Hey, KartMan.
Nice job.
I'm quite tall myself, so have similar problems as you do.
Question: are you going to work over the rear brake lever? and what about the gear lever? Are they adjustable enough so they can be "lower footpegs friendly"?
Please tell us your experience

No problem with the gear lever so far....

Made some kilometers today and noticed the brake lever still is to high.... (I already changed the position... but it needs to be a bit more lower)
Maybe I will get Problems with the brake lever touching the skidplate -> then I couldn´t set up enough brake pressure
But I think there are some milli- or centimeters space left to adjust it...

A picture from today, this was the finish of the "Große Dresdner Motorradausfahrt"... about 9.000 bikers took part in this trip

Well, here it is
I think (without the silencer -which was welded in -) it sounds really good and not too loud. Rally-Flair is coming up
Maybe I can post a soundfile later....

That's a great looking 640A, Kartman. I've got a Belgian DAM exhaust which is similar looking. Can you show more closeup photos of the old and new footpegs with the make and supplier as well?

These pegs seem lower than the frame itself, are you not afraid of hitting something and getting your foot thrown off your pegs while doing so?

I had this once on my DR650 (without lowered pegs) on a rocky downhill section. Ouch
