Does nonchalantly crossing the double-yellow into oncoming traffic constitute a sexual offense by his parents?

I was riding like an adult, doing the speed limit ,and the wanna be racers were tailgating and passing everywhere.
Want to talk about dangerous, check out the "Tree of Shame".
Plenty of bike parts hanging in that tree.
There are alot of riders doing things that are not safe on that road, most of them on purpose to show off.

Although I haven't been there enough to give a blanket statement, I've been there many times and without exception the most dangerous rider groups I've seen there were 1. the HD riders and 2. the "riding like an adult" holier than thou types. The good riders and track-dayers I've seen there are in control and courteous.

I have rode the area since 1967 so I will make a blanket statement.
The rider in the photo probably rounded this right-hander and saw two photographers, four cars, 9 sportbikes and 17 people standing and walking around in the road and hanging out hoping to make the photographers front page online for that week. You have to remember that the center line may have been the only clear line he had at the time. Hell, the 18 wheelers take from ditch to ditch when they come through the area. The place is a ZOO on weekends and I have had to actually stop for roadside show's like he probably saw in front of him. Just saying. If you view this photographers website enough you will see riders crashing out from seeing one of these anomalies coming up in front of them LOL.

There should be some sort of background check before you can get an ADV sticker.

Is that guy Ewan or Charley? Nevermind they could probably ride that road very well in their own lane. I thought they were posers until I see this picture.
What is the point of riding the dragon if you're just going to cut corners and straighten it out?

Take a wider line. Take a riding course. Practice leaning in a parking lot. You need more training especially because you don't see this as a problem.

You're as much of a poser as fringe vest wearing Harley doctor guys or sandal and short wearing sportbike guys.

I will take the public beating, and admit it was me, if the owner of this bike will sell it to me for a buck. Nobody has to know.
DOH!
now everyone knows.

I've been going there for decades. We used to go up several times a year back when the speed limit was 55mph and there was no one on the road. Over the years as the speed limit has dropped, the level of nitwits on every kind of bike has risen, and the attention from the law has gotten stupid, I've gone less and less. And only on the weekdays. Weekends are exponentially more stupid, on everyone's part.

It's become a legend, and that legendary status has all but ruined it. There are many more roads up there that are just as good, and far less populated. There's really no reason to ride the Dragon anymore except to say you've done it.

And to all those that say it's the fault of the idiot Harley riders, the self righteous BMW pricks, the stupid sportbike squids, or the hordes of Goldwing riders, you're all right. The area's legendary status now attracts the worst of every group. To blame it on one is ridiculous, it's motorcyclists that have ruined that road. I could go up there with a camera and get pictures of idiots on any kind of bike, and it wouldn't take long.

This post would be made of win if it wasn't a GS we were talking about...

Just kidding. It's not like it is a Harley or anything like that! I'd take a beating for a free like-new hardly-driven bike like that -even a GS.
