He has wide adventure bars not clip-ons. If he moves his upper body any more to the left he isn't going to be able to easily reach the right bar. Dunno if he has any tankbag to impede the forward lean he'd need to be able to reach out more, or if he just doesn't care to.

I use a position like that sometimes on my 990. Moving my butt over is sufficient weight shift for how hard/fast I am usually wanting to corner on public roads, and it leaves my head & chest behind the still air bubble of the pseudo windshield. I don't ride to drag hard parts on that bike with its dualsport tires. And I don't even have a tankbag.

Front tire is on the ground. What you're seeing is sunlight on the pavement and shadows from the bike. Kinda looks like the front tire is off the ground, but it isn't.

Speedplay Frogs. Primarily off-road pedals but some like them for pavement since the cleat recesses into the sole and allows easier walking..........

Gotta pick your times carefully. Photo was taken on a Thursday morning in early June around 10:30am. We started in Maryville, pedaled over the Foothill Parkway, pedaled the Dragon, were given some Dragon decals by the nice folks at Deal's Gap, and were pedalling on our way back towards Maryville when someone other than Killboy snapped this photo.... All-in-all, about 110mi round trip with the lunch stop at the former Tallassee Store.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes it comes apart for travel and, yes... she IS one smokin' hot lady and definitely knows how to stoke and how to ride pillion. Our grandkids are in awe of her awesomeness ...
