This makes me so happy. I love love love drivers who pull to the side to let me pass (and I always wave). They don't have to, I'm under no illusion that I own the road, but it's such a nice, welcome courtesy when a driver recognizes that while they are just transporting themselves from point A to point B, we merry riders are out trying to have ourselves a fun day.

I wonder what good he's thinking that flipped up chin guard is going to do for him when he finally loses traction in a low side...

I have to ask, is that aluminum tank on the rear rack an extra fuel tank? Looks like there a hose leaving it on the right rear corner?
Edit: Guess it is. Google shows this link: http://www.yamahasupertenere.com/index.php?topic=4553.0

Yup, fuel cell for extended range. Considering all the electronics I'm sure he is an IBI'r.

The latest from TDOT:

On Tuesday morning, April 30, 2013, a rockslide occured on "The Dragon" (SR 115/US 129) in Blount County, about nine miles west of the Tennessee/North Carolina state line. TDOT is cleaning the shale debris from behind the jersey barrier wall, and the little in the roadway with a skid steer. The removal all of material is estimated to be complete before dark tonight. In the meantime TDOT will be able to keep one lane open at all times.
Shale fail.

Maybe it's a Starbucks Super Thermos? Oh wait, that's not a G/S.

Never mind...
