Like RD said..Red bike was in his lane. Other dude, who went flying, was out of his lane and at fault. From what I can see in the pics anyway. Dude on red bike got hit so quick, bars were yanked out of his hands before his arm could even react.

Is there an intersection there? What's with the break in the yellow line? That may be why you don't see it in the 2nd pic.

Look at his right arm, He's countersteering. The bar isn't there any more, but he's still trying.

It's a break for the turnoff. Not an intersection per se, it just lets everyone know that either side can use it.

It IS an intersection: Housley Dr. Otherwise there are no breaks in the centerline.
