Brain {last name} Landscaping.

[QUOTE=RDTCU;22484757]Here's a couple pics from this week.

This is the quickest guy I've seen on a Harley through the gap in a long time. Local on a Street Rod with high pegs.

Fail as he is wearing chaps

I did find that funny, guess he planned on sliding face-down. He said he's been riding that road on sportbikes for 20+ years.

He was behind me when we passed a truck, and darn near kept up with me on my Husky all the way to the overlook. He could have blasted past me a couple times in the more open stuff.

He thought I was a local too until I told him I've only been through there about 5 times total...

That was one pissed-off little Harley, though, he had shaved a bunch of weight, and the extra clearance means you don't have to duck walk it around corners.

Me

So let me get this straight.

This guy wearing jeans isn't a fail but the rider on the HD wearing at least some form of gear is?

Not to argue technicalities, but that is NOT a Street Rod. It's a V-Rod.

Mid controls, low-ish 'bars and the spoke alloys would have led me to surmise it was the Street Rod variant myself. What in this picture says it isn't?

I'm just telling you what the guy riding it called it. The Street Rod was a limited edition V-rod with high controls for more clearance. What makes you think it's a regular V-rod and not a Street Rod? Unless you're misreading and thinking I said Street Bob or something.
