I hope it's not rude to post them over here, but isn't this thread all about stealing pictures?

Correction... I grabbed the front brake (not really hard though) until I hit gravel. Stopped even before the guard rail

No crash learning experiences are the least painful kind! Glad you made it out OK.

Classic, we've all been there, little brain fart maybe. I should have worn the other jacket....did I remember to feed the cat?....Bye, Honey, see you back at the lodge.
Never give up on a corner, just look through and bear down.

What did she learn? Not how to corner smoothly. She learned that she needs to ride slower and stomp on the brake sooner.

Actually, it looks as though she took the corner too hot and started applying her brakes early, but never let off them and kept going straight while her hubby passed her up.

Glad it was a soft landing!

It is an odd corner (down hill increasing radius). I think it was our 2nd time through. She came in hot and panicked a little.

I'd never push her wide on purpose :sly:

...be in the correct gear & adjusting her speed for the corner! Looking through the corner, i.e., looking where you want to go might be something to consider. Maybe hubby should lead at a sane pace for several trips before letting her be the alpha female!

I am curious, are they speaking yet?

How much thickness do you need?
