Just another day at the Gap.

Vintage ride in at local dealer today.

Which begs the question...what weight oil do you use in your transmission?

I have no idea. I use extra virgin olive oil.

I'm sure I'm about to get flamed so hard here but I'm having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to participate in this thread haha. I'm new to the site and would greatly appreciate a brief summary of what this thread is about. From what I can gather you post pictures of people who are making awful motorcycle related mistakes and then argue over weather or not it's ok??

not trolling either. Also. .. what is kill boy.

Killboy is the nickname of a photographer who works on the Tail of the Dragon, and other places. He takes photos. He posts some of them on his website. You can also purchase high-resolution photos on his website.

You are correct regarding what this thread is about. We make fun of riders who appear in the Killboy photos. From there, the discussion might go anywhere. The rules can be found at the top of the page under the words "Adventure Rider" called Site Rules. Basically those rules define what's off limits.

Also there is a Sticky [a thread that never goes away] at the top of the list of threads in "The perfect line and other riding myths." I'd advise you to read that, also.

Things like motor oil, waving, and tires are basically memes. These topics get brought up so often that just mentioning any of these topics has become parody.

I've been here for years and sometimes I think I barely understand 1% of what's going on with all the inside jokes and never-ending topics. And maybe 1% is an exaggeration.

As they say, "Lurk more, post less." You'll get the hang of this place soon enough.
