Yeah they look a bit intense. But there is a simple joy in winding out a bike that will barely do 35 down hill with a tail wind.
The Ruckus also comes with a superpower. Invisibility. You think cars don't see you on your gleaming chrome Harley? Try cruising around on a scooter sometime.

Conjecture on all parts - if there's no video then it's just a witch hunt against innocent but superior sumo riders!

It has the feel of being staged. However, even if not, the truck could have been put in reverse by a startled and scared driver.
