When you gotta go, you gotta go.
That was the quickest way into the bush

Sorry. I am not getting the humor of this post? First pic shows zero hang-off nor knee out? Hard to say how much looking thru the corner he had going for him? Gotta give hin chops for being willing to throw it in there for a hard grind. Assuming that he didn't just get caught out in some over exuberance? That left elbow sure makes him look tensed up to me. Doesn't look like the kind of rider who would attempt a save. Although gorden Jennings wrote that it is much better to crash it on the pavement than take the chance to find a better place off road. But, it is a 'fail' thread. So there is the thread topic humor to be enjoyed.

Saw nothing unusual there.

They came.

They crashed.
They got tamed.

The Dragon won.

I really would like to have seen the end result of this wipeout.
I would imageine the left mirror was torn off, and the rear saddle bag was smoking at the end of the slide.....

had i been one of the bikes mr. plastic welder passed in the right lane without a warning or a wave and i came up on the wreck the scenario would go something like this:
are you o.k.?
yeah I'm o.k.
then i would have resisted the impulse to make him not o.k.
then i may or may not have resisted the urge to use a steel toed boot on part of his bike that is currently o.k. to make it not o.k.
I don't like coming up on fatality's caused by idiots like him.btdt on the charahala.

I did NOT see that coming! I though he was just stopping. I mean the normal way, apply brakes, slow to stop, put down kick stand...etc. Not stuff it into a picnic table.

A couple of things:
1. It seems he has been on the ground already on this trip.
2. He has the bike upright, but is not on the front brake at this point. Don't know if he just released it before getting on the dirt. But at this point he is not on front brake.

Dunno, but he sure as hell is on the rear brake.
