Oh man. That was a first gen (04-05) ZX10R.

Poor thing. If it floats his boat though I guess that's all that matters.

If he could stand on the bars, he'd get it right down to the ground!

Getting old in Rural Alabama, this doesn't startle me, either.

Have you picked out all of the odd farkles on this bike? Amazing.

I'm going to go out on the limb and say that whether he's standing on the seat, on the roadway or on his living room, or sitting on the bike, chair or couch.... as far as he keeps the same "posture", "HIS" CoG is exactly the same. Now... the CoG of the "combo" (ride+rider) will change as he moves from sitting to standing... tricky question huh?

Doesn't look particularly 'rainproof'?
Sign/script under leg looks like it might be fun reading. But I don't know how to enhance that.
Wonder if the side stand holds that load when parked?
Could be an entertaining guy to ride with as anything might happen.
Looks like he has that quintessential ADV spirit/money ratio in hand.
For sure, I would talk with him given the chance.
Dirt might slow him down but probably wouldn't even make him hesitate to ride dirt.
A cuppla Jesse cases would compleat the 'character' of the bike.

I saw a scooter last year with a gigantic windscreen on it, it was at least a foot taller than the rider's head.

It looks a bit like the BMW C1, which is "executive."
