As to the comment about "hanging off";
1. He's on a track.
2. It's only a good comparison if he runs some laps without "hanging off" and tracks the lap times.

Just sayin...

Wrong thread.
Give it a rest.

Just sayin...

I know a young lady on the Garage forum that rides. She lacks a left arm. Clutches and brakes, plus gas on the right side.

Jim

That's a guy who used to ride a GS Adventure with every touratech part made.

He lost his shirt in the recession and got old. This is what's he's left with.

That's what I was wondering.

I knew a guy with one leg missing at the knee in San Diego. He rode a Softail and had a piece of square stock welded to his shifter so he could shift with his stump. Hopped everywhere he went, never saw him on crutches or anything.

+1, when I get to that age, if I have any savings left... a slower and enjoyable scoot like his would be fine for 10,000 mile trips.

Jim

PS His fan appears to be hooked up too. Must be for slow speed riding!

As evidenced by this thread, people watching on 129 is world class.

It's not unusual to see entire families sitting road side with folding chairs and coolers, just watching the weirdness.
