Well, the X11 still rules the War of Ugly, although the FZ1 is no looker either with its '84 FJ1100 tail section and mishmash of colors and textures.

Based upon my conversations about the FZ and the bike fish is replacing I's say it is the best buy. with those upright wide bars the bike will rock the twisties.

Yep. Physically bigger too, but it was not around when I was shopping. Wouldn't have got one anyway, but I do like it.

Also, despite the bashing it's getting here at Advrider, I like the V-Strom. A lot. I've been ogling it at the dealer, and it looks like a FUN machine for my roads...
