I'd guess a russian as buyer. Oil millionaires may have no taste, but usually they are not crying "I have money" this bad.

Happened to be driving by where it's always parked this morning.. took a few snaps with the bad cell phone camera. It's a classic though.

I think they bought every possible stick on piece of chrome, fake vent, etc they could get..
