Take everything you read on the forums with a grain of salt. On one hand you can share and learn valuable things about your bike but on the other hand be wary of the mass hysteria that can spread like wildfire.

Personally I love my bike and can't stop riding it. It does have a quirk or two but not nearly as many as my old 08 KLR. This bike just fits me much better and I love it.

Love that shot Dolphin... great light effect.

I don't know if beautiful is the word. It's more like an Apache helicopter. You can't tell me this isn't a mean-ass face. Awwww, it just wants to play...

You, sir, are an under-appreciated genius. I've been looking for a way to adequately describe those headlghts for awhile.

Actually, the looks work for me. There is one thing, though, and I'm probably alone on this- it doesn't look bulky enough to me. I don't know how to describe it any better. I guess it's got to do with me unconsciously comparing it with the 12GSA (I can't help it), but it just looks a little, I dunno, skimpy to me.

I still wouldn't kick it outta bed for eating crackers, though.

Oh I guess this is a high jack but thats ok right Griz cause this is a forum!!!!!

Do you like the pure aluminum look or would you prefer to have the bash plate colored black? To color it black it would take approximately $30 bucks with a product that by history is very protective. Its just not designed to protect a heavy impact! Yet does powder coating protect in a heavey impact, no. Hmmm, what could this thing that he speaks us be???? I'm not going to say.

Aluminum or Black??

Who cares what it looks like. You are supposed to ride the thing not stand about going all gooey and girly over what a loovery looking bike you bought yourself. Can't see it when you are stood on the pegs.

I'm interested in what it does and couldn't care less if the only choice of colours was pink with a ladyboy fresco airbrushed on the tank (didn't someone already do that).

I love the bike awsome look, still i'd redesign the front optics, the license plate holder 'Thing', and still prefer the look of double pipes!

Anyway...

I love it

Lady's love-it!

That's good enough for me!

Well, much as I'd love to take credit for the idea, I stole it from that Canadian guy who did test ride video here some time ago. I'd credit him by name, but I can't find the thread anymore. Anybody?

Taking some liberties are we? Sounds like a quote from OneWheelDrive.net:
