In VA guys would lease 200 to 1000acres for use as a "hunt club" I belonged to one called Eagle Bay up on the Potomic Riv. they had 450acres with some open fields mostly wooded with lots of elevation changes. I was wondering if that sort of thing was done up here? Eagle Bay hosted ama hair scrambles several times.

The field has potental, but I'm looking at the woodland at the top of the pic and seeing all kinds of opp for single track....

We could only ride on Sundays during hunting season, all open spring/summer early fall.

For you FaceBook types...

...our (Liza and myself) new campground/recreation area in southern NH. This is pretty much the center of New England.

Watch for motorcycle rally's and competition events in the future

Only 7.5 acres of open field could get old fast, but for over the winter would be better than nothing. Everyone better have a quiet bike, it looks like there are several houses across the road. Chances are high that numerous bikes going round and round will generate a noise complaint. Less so in winter but even in winter. Good luck with it.

I guess my idea was a bomb!

If the snow keeps melting the way it is we'll be riding regular trails before we know it.

Hey guys,

I have a KLX250 that I am considering doing a big bore kit on. Do you guys have any recommendations for any good mechanics/shops in the greater boston area that can do the work? I live in Foxboro,

If you're going to assemble your own parts and stuff, and want somebody to put it together, you're probably looking at pm-ing someone off the boards.
I recognize your screen name from a certain regional smooth tired site, and if nobody here chimes in, I'd try Degsy.
His pm box is usually full, and I don't know how big his workload is with the vfr's and the Bomo guys' stuff, but that would be my first, local, non shop choice.

Or if you don't mind having somebody assemble the stuff for you, call tony Martin at the pit stop in New Bedford. He's got a dyno there too, to get the thing really running primo after said installation.
