Me partial to Ducatis? I would consider a small dual sport but in truth I don't know when I'd find time to ride one. On weekends in the summer I like to do a fair amount of cycling in between family time and riding the back roads on the Duc. I really wouldn't have time to ride in the dirt. If I hit the lottery maybe I can put some dirt worthy tires on a Ducati Hypermotard, now that would be a sweet dirt bike. Won Pike's peak last year in it's class.

I'm planning on bringing the XT so I will be driving the Jeep instead of riding in. Any problem getting to camp? Do you plan to camp along 33 or at the lake or other? Stated another way, can I bring the kitchen sink or just a blanket?

We can camp anywhere the group agrees. I would prefer a site somewhere up the road along a creek with a fire pit.

I'm out. Got the all clear from the doctor Thursday for my shoulder and knee . Went out Saturday and broke my leg. I guess this shit does come in threes .
