Kamchatka 2008. 2 riders, 2 motorcycles

Sambor1965 (remember him?), Said that this is probably the most strange trip. He was later sent to the relationship forum, but unless you go on the next thought:)
Well, my English is weak, but I will try to.
In 2008 the Polish on two motorcycles Africa Twin chose to Kamchatka. We have a friend there that we wanted to visit. He was with us in 2007.
We had a little time, as only 1.5 months. The plan was such that one way to get air, and the return as much as possible on the motorcycle. On the way back traveled section of Baikal-Amur Mainline with the Komsomolsk on Amur Fevralsk. For motorcycles we drove to Moscow, where the equipment loaded on the plane and we landed on Kamchatka. In total, on wheels around 15 000 km, the plane around 9 000 km, the ship around 3 000 km, by train 70 km:)
I will still complement the pictures.

It's our way:

Color
Green: Motorcycle
Red: the plane
Blue: the ship

Yes packed motorcycles loaded on the plane

The weight of the motorcycle

And that Yelizewo. The airport on the Kamchatka. 30 km from Pietropavlovsk Kamchatsky

We tried to cross from east to west coast. Way to go is almost passable only in winter. We had a lot of luck, because there was no rain

These are the house electrical service cable. They are positioned every 20 km. There are 2 beds in them, and bake table. Driving 90 km Tracks not met anyone

To pass the river by ferry to the city Ust Kamchacky and Kluchy.

We are at the heart of the peninsula. In this space is being built in the tourist accommodation. How to get to the road is 60 km after 30 cm of sand. Right next to a military city, to which entry is possible if you are a pass. This city is not on any maps.

live in these houses employees

99.9% of roads to rubble or sand

Way easy, simple, straightforward, no cars, no people ... just you, your motorcycle, nature ... a lot of insects:)

This is practically the last city that leads the way

The school building is closed

Very interesting to see this part of the world. What did you do for accommodations? Did you camp roadside or use motels?
