Good work!

I spent an hour on those roads this afternoon and never saw it! I hadn't seen Oilheads map, but I pretty much rode the same route, from the opposite approach, so I must have ridden right past it! Some very nice riding in the area, so certainly not all was a loss! If no one beats me to it, I will ride Hopyard road again on Friday, nice smooth 3rd gear power wheelies over those rises.

I rode around there looking for something, anything worthy of a tag. I saw the boulder and when I turned around to get it I rode right past it without even seeing it. It is much harder to spot traveling east. Can't wait for this to head east to some areas I've never been.

Well I wasn't the only one who rode by it. And as I joked before - it took a GS to find it!

It's really hard to ride the Ducati slow enough to either not stall or something.....

Got It

Covered bridge at Devils Hopyard state park, picnic area. Nice ride and a beautiful area. The wife came along for the ride today so no hooligan riding on the back roads! New tag to move much further east and I would like to add a twist if Oilhead and other participants approve. New tag with mascot, tonight or Sat AM.

New Tag. Hey Bird in N.C.

Didn't have time for the mascot thing, next time.
Headed east into the Ocean State on the major E/W route. This town shares its name with a famous imported Australian beer. Should be easy pickins'.

Well, it looks like this ToR has died at a tender young age.
Is anyone else following the North American ToR. Awesome effort!

I was going to grab the state line tag on saturday when I rode up to the Twisted Throttle open house and then replace it with another state line tag. Unfortunately I never got that far north to grab the first one.

perhaps this week. I just did and oil change (fuck the f650gs engineers!) and am ready for miles....

SmugSlug, don't go as far north as Rt 44, you'll miss it! Look again, the OTHER E>W major route!

open eyes - engage brain

"a famous imported Australian beer" I should have looked a little more carefully........ I am confusing Glocester with Foster. I'll see if I can make the Gov. Tpk. if the rain holds off. thanks for the heads up Doc!

I took a nice ride today on the R1100S. I went down RI-12 by the Scituate Reservoir and took a left on RI-102 followed by a right on RI-94. This led me to US-44 and a left on to Five Mile River Road and into Connecticut. From there I jumped back onto US-44. After a while I was feeling hungry and decided to stop for one of these.

I had intended on bringing the tag into Rhode Island, but when this photo presented itself, well the thought of RI just disappeared. Without futher adu, here is the new tag.

Way to go Hoots!! I thought this Tag was dead and buried. The new location is a nice ride and good place to take a lunch break. Do we need to get the girls to pose to claim the tag??!!
