I bet somebody offered him $500 for the sidecar, and he realized he could make more money selling 'em separately. The bike definitely needs a rear tire pronto, and will need chain/sprockets soon, and it looks like shi'ite becuz it's been sitting outside for years plus it's been spraypainted, but it runs fine and has low miles. If he's willing to let all those spares he showed me go with the bike for $1450, it's a decent deal! Personally tho I think he'd prolly let it go for $1200 or so...
