Mezo!!!
COME HOME MEZO! IT'S GETTING COLD AND WET!
One of my first positive experiences with motorcycles was reading a Pan-American ride report last year about a guy who rode the trip on a Triumph Tiger and had wished he had something lighter and with only one cylinder. Although he recommends the XT600 or something with one cylinder, there is a picture of a DR650 ridden by this guy, who packed light and rode far. I never forgot that picture, and when I found out it was a DR650, I gained a specific respect for the bike. It's total mental mythology, but I like it.Rocinante's Travels - http://www.rocinantestravels.com/pan-am/index.htm

Long story short. He said something about aboriginals. A mod didn't think it was appropriate and dropped the ban hammer. It escalated and Mezo ended up leaving adv.
Unfortunatly he never finished the DR but he did some amazing work with a couple of Teneres. |
