I really like this helmet and think i will be happy for the next 4-5 years. If you do want to check it out just let me know.
I own a modular helmet, I think maybe a Fulmer, and it's is a heavy beast! I guess that's where I got the idea that that might bother me. Thank you for the good advice!

Rick the Party Boss

I wanted to share this locally for those of you who have met Rick aka the Party Boss or been to the Eastern Rendezvous Rally.

Rick passed away this morning. He was at bike week and was summoned home for a family emergency and made it to somewhere in SC where he was in an accident. He was in critical condition for a few days and passed away this morning, according to posts in the RDV thread for 2012.

We lost a great one!!! RIP Party Boss!

No, I'm not kidding. I have no expectations of finishing any higher than last but it should be fun.

Lets see pics of the new bike.

I know several people competing in this. That's as close as I plan to come to the event.

but it really feels wierd to hop on the KLR now---I feel like it is as light as a bicycle

bad thing about it is that Knight's little girl wants the KLR

MOTHER DOES NOT LIKE THE IDEA

Ps: DQ sold his to someone else ---I got mine over in Texas---while I was out there for another training session-----these training trips are starting to get real expensive

Maybe we could do this as a team effort ---------that way we could live thru the experience
I don't think I could finish it anymore--your a lot better man than I -my helmet is of to you Sir DQ

MAYBE

and as far as the "new" bike I show it to ya in person as soon as I can catch up---maybe this weekend

BW 's can vouch for it---Oh wait ---he was trying to bail water out of the Jeep and had other stuff on his mind--ie........bolts,carpet, wet things crawling around in the carpet, and trying to hand grab that pesky catfish in the corner
