Yep. Very cool place. I wonder if they are back up and running? Their damn had washed out when eeore and I went there a year (or maybe two) ago.

That's where my parents buy all their grits and cornmeal. Think they have been back for more within the last few months, but can't be sure without asking them.

Sciple's Mill

Sciple's Mill is up and grinding on sat. mornings from 8-12.
I did get a bag of meal and fish fry when i was there last week.

You were real close to the mill when you were at the power plant .

I picked up the bike today!

I was told that the carb didn't need to be re-jetted, just needed a good cleaning. It runs great now! It doesn't stall when idling, and it idles at the correct speed! It also doesn't rattle my teeth out when I get it up to higher rpms!!

I got it back just in time to explore a little more before I move.
