I believe there is a guy called DcRainmaker who explains GPS equipment and he is a software developer by trade. He also describes somewhere in his threads how to take a gamin file and transfer to google earth to make overlays I will investigate further tomorrow I do have a few Garmins and one Suunto.

the only GPS i get to use is the one on my phone. and i use it more like a paper map anyway. if things would stop breaking around here I might could get one of them things.

Uhoh! Took the Tiger in to have some accessories installed and Cybervlad, my cruiser rising coworker was supposed to pick me up in his truck. He overslept. So Wayne gave me the demo Tiger Explorer 1200 for the day. I broke my own rule! Never ride a bike you aren't willing or able to buy!!!! Almost got a ticket on Highland Colony Parkway!

So how much are you going to lose on the deal trading the Tigger in on the big Tiger?

Not gonna do it! I'm not gonna do it.... Still waiting to get the 800 out of break-in range. I'm sure it has enough HP for me, once I can use it...
