Did it work out? Seems like your approach should have prevented a scam.

What did your CU say? :)

It's the Entergy CU in New Orleans... I sent the "Fake" signed title and am waiting to hear back. Purchaser lives near me (across Old Fannin) but works at Grand Gulf and is in and out of training classes this week, so it's hard to catch up with him. I emailed him to see if it is all going through but have not heard back today.

Edit: Just got email. They approved everything and are mailing me a check, so by Friday or Saturday I should have my money!! Back down to 1 street legal bike and 3 dirt bikes in the garage!!

Cool BWs

Someone asked me about a blue '02 FZ1 at Village Cycle in Starkville. Anyone know the previous owner - only blue FZ1 I know was from Jackson, but I thought it was slightly newer.

If you happen to ride by there, have a look. I was just taking a long shot at finding the original owner to get the history of the bike.

I'll try and get by there tomorrow after school. I'll ask Carl about the PO if I see him.

The above is subject to change if I forget.

It looks pretty clean. There is evidence of one zero speed drop on the left hand side.

On another note, Village Cycle can suck my left nut. I walked around, looked under, poked, and prodded that bike for at least 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged my presence. They seem to be getting out of the motorcycle business judging from the quad to bike ratio. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire. If ever a shop deserved to go under it's them.
